Refund Policy

At VEO 3 Prompt Writer, we partner with Paddle.com Market Ltd. (UK) or Paddle.com Inc (USA)** as our official Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, global sales tax compliance, and refunds for our service.

Your Right to Cancel and Refunds for Digital Content

As VEO 3 Prompt Writer provides immediate access to digital content and its benefits (prompt generation) upon purchase, our refund policy aligns with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, specifically regarding digital goods.

Under Paddle’s Buyer Terms:

  • Consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel a contract without giving any reason.
  • However, this right to cancel  does NOT apply to the supply of digital content (like our prompt generation service) once you have started to acquire or had the benefit of the product (i.e., generated prompts). By accessing or using the VEO 3 Prompt Writer, you consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

When a Refund May Be Considered:

Refunds are provided at Paddle’s sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Generally, a refund may be considered if:

  • There was a clear billing error (e.g., you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice by mistake).
  • The product was not as described, faulty, or not fit for its intended purpose, preventing you from using the service as advertised.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected on the payment.

Paddle reserves the right to refuse a refund request if evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior is found.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel Your Subscription:

All refund requests and subscription cancellations are handled directly by Paddle, as they are the Merchant of Record for your purchase.

  • For Refunds: If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact Paddle’s Buyer Support Team directly here or at help@paddle.com.
  • For Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Paddle’s Buyer Support Team here or at help@paddle.com, at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and no refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
